GS3: Prevent Recurring Downloads

If you're like me and updated to Android 4.3 recently, only to find out you get all of these annoying "phantom" downloads that keep popping up, then here's what you do (got this from Android Forums):

• Go to the "Downloads" app.  Look for it, it's there.
• Clear all the downloads in both tabs.

You should be good to go!
